By using the website, you are identified as a user and thereby accept the terms and conditions set out below. If there is anything you do not like, please write to me and we can see how to improve it for your particular situation, of course.

To improve your user experience, I automatically collect data (I explain this in more detail in the cookies section), but this is not information that I share with third parties. In addition, you may send me a comment on the blog or a message to do things together: I also store this information so that I can carry out my work or the project we have. Without it, I would not be able to provide the requested service.

Sometimes I include links to external sites to show you information or facilitate your searches. This does not mean that I have any control over these sites or the content they display, and consequently I cannot assume any association or responsibility for what you do on them, nor guarantee their technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, or veracity. I show you the way, and then you decide whether you want to follow it or not.

Let it be clear that I am the sole owner or licensee of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the website, as well as the elements contained therein. I expressly prohibit any reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means. However, if you want to share content, I inform you that it is subject to a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license. In other words, you can copy or reproduce something, but you must mention me and not change anything. You must share it as is, which I assure you is fine, so don't touch it. I believe in sharing ideas and content, but not in blatant copying. Don't plagiarize me.

4.- Data protection
Any personal data or information you provide to me for the provision of the service, participation in the blog or website, or that is obtained by automatic means, is collected and processed in compliance with data protection regulations.

I remind you that as a user, you can always exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation, cancellation, deletion, and opposition regarding the personal data I have about you. You don't need to explain the reason to me. Just send me an email to ciudadanob with your request, and I will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Don't forget to include your details, such as your first and last names, and attach a photocopy of your ID card so that I know it's you.

5.- Liability
Within the limits of the law, Juan Hernando García is not liable for: a) errors or omissions in the content, b) lack of availability of the website, or c) transmission of malicious programs in the content, despite having taken all the necessary technological measures to prevent this. We try to ensure that our content is in a secure environment, but we cannot guarantee miracles :(

I am also not responsible for comments left by users on the blog, nor does publishing them mean that I share their opinions. Don't shoot the messenger.

From ciudadanob we take your privacy very seriously, and we take all possible security measures to protect it. Below we want to explain what we do with your data, and make it clear that the information you are about to provide us is confidential. We do not share it with third parties, except as required by law.

When you send us an email, when you contact me, when you want to hire me for a service you are giving me personal data and information. Here is what you need to know in this regard:

Who is the data controller?

Who does this affect?
This privacy policy applies to user and customer data obtained through non-digital means (if you call me, if you write me a letter), or digital means (web form, email, website, blog, comments, social media accounts).

For these purposes, users and clients are those who provide me with information when requesting information or a service, those who subscribe to the newsletter or those who use digital media without the need to be registered.

What are the purposes of processing the information?
Basically, to browse the web and, where applicable, to manage the services you request from me. Occasionally, I will use it to improve services, for example by compiling statistics or analyzing the results of analytical tools, conducting surveys if we have your email address, advertising my products or those of third parties that we recommend to you, etc.

What is our legal basis for doing all this with the information you provide us?
My intentions are good, the legal basis is your acceptance of the notice and your interest in collaborating, working, requesting information, or whatever else may arise in this regard.

What data will I process?
This is not a bank. The information we have is the data you provide us directly (this could be your email address, first name, last name, phone number, etc.) or the information we automatically collect when you browse the website, but this information is anonymized, so don't think I'm going to find out much. I know how long you spend on the website, which sections you like when browsing... but in a way that does not identify your IP address, your username, or even your operating system.

This website is hosted by SiteGround, so any comments you leave and their data will be stored in one of their databases, but they also have a lot of clauses to protect you. Finally, we use ModularDS for backups, which also has privacy clauses and data processing agreements so you can rest easy.

If our relationship moves from "potential customer" to "customer", I will give you more information in this regard, but for the time being you are going to kill yourself surfing the web. And so am I.
